Review content:
I called to talk about getting a tune up. I told whoever it was what kind of vehicle it is (4WD Xterra). I explained I took it to the Nissan dealership in Cool Springs and they wanted to charge $380 and before I could even complete the rest of the sentence the man cut me off and said, "That's about right." I just got a tune up last year and paid $250... I explained to him I had already purchased the parts. He then said, very snippy, he couldn't use them. So I asked how much he thought it would be then including the parts and he said, "Well, $380" in a tone that would indicate I was an idiot for even having to ask. I would rather change the damn spark plugs, etc myself then deal with people that can't even speak civilly to potential customers. I guess they think they are so good they don't have to.
