Wow, I don't know where to start.\r
My wife has used Old Town Cleaners for several years. We have used the mid town location on Walton since 2006. \r
Recently, my wife delivered several garments to the mid town location. \r
There was some sort of conflict between mid town and the main site address for Old Town. The main facility felt we had dropped our garments off at there address and did not want to bring the garments back to the mid town address for us to pick up. We felt we were in the middle of a dispute between the two locations. The main site address was just certain that we had dropped our garments there and expected us to pick them up at that location. At any rate, we had not been to the main site address in years.\r
Once we were pushed through the politics associated with the main site address, its no wonder they did not want to deliver the garments. Several items were ruined by Old Town Cleaners. Every item had the same color stain on it. These were not stained when we took the
