I have had nothing but great success dealing with Bramer. Their staff is incredibly friendly, they were really helpful especially since I often bring in 2 cats at a time. They tend to be a little pricey but then again, pet health overall is a money maker. The only bad thing is that parking in the area tends to be scarce. The authorities tend to be ticket happy so dont bother to double park. Also, the appointments almost always tend to run over the estimated time they give you. Please be patient. Overall the staff is wonderful, the facilities are clean and best of all, they offer you a little roller to remove all the pet hair from your clothes before you leave - which is a plus considering that I generally have to get back to work after the appointment. Great service though!
PROS: Friendly staff. Excellent doctors.
CONS: Parking is a pain.
