I placed my order with Budget Blinds (Saint Johns County Florida) on April 15th. Today is June 3rd, and I have not only received my blinds, I also don't have any idea when my blinds will be installed. Every-time I call to find out, the call is answered by an answering service rep. When I leave an message with the rep, the company calls back later and leaves a Voicemail which does not answer my question(about ETA). Then I call back to find out and reach the answering service again. Then we go around in circles. My temporary blinds also arrived late. These temps are paper material and are hard to roll. So we have NOT be able to look outside the window for close to two months now. Thanks to Budget Blinds. I will never do business with them again. I would NOT recommend them to any one I know.
