I had my windshield replaced by Glass America in Naperville. Not even a week later it cracked again due to poor installation. I brought it back to have it replaced and they would not replace it. I had it looked at by other auto glass replacement specialists and they all agreed that it was a stress crack and should have been replaced for free. Glass America is a terrible place, they do terrible work, and they do not guarantee their work. You are better off going ANYWHERE else. Please heed my warning, they cost me sooo much money and I do not want them to screw over you like they did me.
