Review content:
At first glance, this seemed like a nice upscale store. The jaded, somewhat bored attitude of the staff should have been a tipoff that could care less about your vision. In my case, the doctor first told me I had perfect vision and didn't need contacts before figuring out I had them in. Then she redid the exam and deduced that my old prescription was all wrong and that I needed progressives. I told her that I liked to change my lenses regularly cause I had gotten infections and she insisted you can wear these for a full month without taking them out. A week later on a trip, my eyes started bothering me and I called the store asking them to fax a prescription so I could get a fresh pair. They refused and I had no choice but to wear the old pair driving home and lo and behold I got an eye infection. They were totally unsympathetic and even told me they hadn't charged enough for my eye exam. Run from this place.
PROS: None
CONS: Unethical owner, incompetent doctors
