Review content:
I will never ever entrust my vehicle to them again. During a very cold winter both my driver and passenger windows fell off the track, when I told them what had happened they told me they would take off my door panel pull up the window and see what was wrong. I was told it was the lifter arm that had broken and would cost at least $300.00 to repair. As I was saving this money I had to make a trip to Ohio to see my brother, while in Ohio he Accidentally pushed the down button on the window and it went down,so he pressed up and it went up, i followed suite with the other window and the same thing happened. I know that mechanical parts do not magically repair themselves, that only leaves the conclusion that Beamer lied to me; we took the car to my brothers mechanic who had the adhesive in stock that had worn off the lifter motor and window, it took ten minuets and cost me five dollars, only because I bought the adhesive. This is not my only complaint, I went to check my oil level rig
