Merchants tire and auto on westchester dr in high point is terrible. I went for an oil change with an appointment and it took an hour and a half. While i was waiting i wanted to order some new wheels for my vehicle. they have an entire show room of wheels and market themselves as a dealer yet the guy had no indea how to order them and gave me the run around. After some cohersion he called someone and had them walk him through the sale. After 11 days i called the store to see if they had arrived and no one had any idea what i was talking about!!! I called back after being told they would get back to me and never did and still no one knew anything, even though i put down a $120.00 deposit. I even contacted customer service and have yet to hear a thing. What a joke this place is. Avoid at all costs.
