I was extremely disappointed with my last visit to Merchant's Tire on Parris Avenue in High Point NC. They performed diagnositic service on my vehicle in order to let me know exactly what was wrong. Instead of waiving the diagnostic fee for allowing them to perform all the maintenance, they added the fee to my bill in addition to the amount of the repairs and labor. No other vehicle repair business has ever done this. I also called other Merchant's Tire businesses in the immediate area and they also said they would not have conducted business that way.
