I have been a Lilly's customer for almost 2 years and can tell you that they are completely trustworthy, reliable and professional. I have used them for post-move -out and pre-move - in cleaning at 2 locations and regularly scheduled cleaning at my current home.\r

One of the things I like the most is the level of customer service I receive, including the weekly reminder calls. \r

The crew is always the same, so they know how I like my home to be cleaned and they are always kind to my pets. Every crew has a supervisor, so I know the job will get done the right way.\r

I haven't had to complain yet, but if I called them to say I was unhappy, I'm sure they would make it right!\r

Never anything missing or broken. I look forward to coming home to a sparkling clean house and would highly recommend them to everyone.
