I have to update my review. The business has become too impersonal. It is now run more like a big business than a local vet. I have had the scheduling screwed up a couple times. Once the appointment was canceled on me only to find out when I arrived. Other times I have had to sit an hour with no offer to reduce the fees because of their mistakes. I loved my vet Mich Chen but I cant continue to go here and am seeking another vet to do business with.\r

Since moving to the Mission area I have taken Attila to MSJ Animal Hospital. First of all they board red dot animals, animals that have been aggressive. My kitty was abused by another vet and since then she was aggressive to anyone other than family. Attila's illness grew worse and after many emails medications and conversations with Dr. Chen we finally decided it was time to put her to sleep.
