I'm from Cincinnati, and was in town for a conference. I barely made it, because I found out I had a leak in my radiator, on the drive up. They were nearest to my hotel, and I called on a Saturday morning. They said they usually only work until noon that day, but made an exception for me, and got me a new radiator, installed by 3pm! \r

They explained how and why they did they work, and the price was very reasonable. I know its right around what I would have paid at my shop, at home. I was really grateful, especially since they didn't take advantage of a single young female, travelling from 4 hours away, in a bad sitaution. They could have easily gouged the price, knowing that I would most likely never be back there for repairs, again. Instead, they treated me with respect and gave me great care and reassurance. \r
