Review content:
You either repair watches and clocks or you're just an establishment that sells pretty crystal trinkets. Mostly the latter.\r
Had them attempt to repair my wife's watch. After a dozen phone calls and almost 4months later we FINALLY got it back. Btw, they never returned phone calls either. I had to initiate the contact every time. It needed the winding stem repaired and that seemed to be an exhaustive complicated repair for these jackwagons. After one week the repair didn't hold and the "new" stem fell out. \r
We went back to them for another try. It was the same crap again. Took about another month. Then after only a few days the watch quit working. The wanted to charge for this re-do on the repair.\r
I never charged people to fix a screw up that I might I have caused in my business. I just ate it.\r
\r
They also suck on their used gold buying prices. Scummy pawnshops pay more than these people.
