Review content:
This company refinished my wood floors.
I was moved into a hotel 'for 3 days' supposedly while they did the work.
I came home- I had clear coat up my walls & bald spots & blotches on my floors. Clearly SEVERAL spots were missed & improperly handled.
I was spoken to so rudely by them when I complained about these huge mistakes- I had to call the police here for protection as the person threatening me by phone would also be the one coming over.
They agreed to fix it & pay for more days in the hotel... I came home- and THOSE were fixed- however, NOT the clearcoat up my walls- which they say was MY FAULT as I should have covered them for them!!! (nobody told me it was my job to do theirs???) And, after a year living with it like this- I opened my rear bedroom door as I was cleaning to discover- yet, one more spot they never covered with clear coat.
They promised me service. I got crap. It's cost me as much as I paid them just to repaint my walls & I'm still paying for people to come in
