Customer service at point of sale was mediocre, but got progressively worse. Original quote was over $500 less than what it ended up costing me. I was told the carpet was in stock and would be installed in 4 days so I went ahead and pulled out my existing carpet. The day before it was to be installed I still hadn't heard from the company as to what time the installers would arrive so I called and was informed that it was in stock in Omaha and that it would take a couple days to get it to Lincoln (50 miles), so installation could not be completed as promised. Since all of my carpet was pulled up and my furniture piled in the kitchen I could hardly use my home for days and had to sleep in the basement. Every time I called I would talk to one person, explain my situation, then be transferred to someone else and have to re-explain everything. Then I'd be told that they'd get back to me and wouldn't, so I'd have to call again the next day. \r \r Bottom line: they were rude/unprofessional, cou
