I would not recommend using this company for window replacement. I have had nothing but trouble with them and have been wholly frustrated by my experience. K&H contracted to replace all of the windows in my condo. When they came to replace the windows the first time, they notified me that one of the windows was cracked and had to be reordered. They called several weeks later to schedule the final window installation and the night before the installer cancelled because he was sick. I understand illness but would have hoped someone else could have come out to do one window because with my job I have to schedule the day off in advance and cannot change my mind at the last minute, so I was already down two days of work and would have to reschedule yet again. The third time they came to install the final window, the installer arrived and told me that the window had no grids and would have to be ordered again. This was in November. I had now missed 3 days of work for a one day job.
