Review content:
This place used to be great, back when they were smaller ~1999/2000 timeframe. Once they started getting bigger, customer service went out the window in favor of trying to con patients into paying for unneeded services. For 2 years I was told that I needed to have my old fillings removed with new porcelain added. I kept telling them no and each time they would forcefully try to scare me into buying them. I finally gave up on them after being a patient who came in every six months for 10 years. I just went to RGB Dental in Rancho Bernardo... on their own they commented how well my old fillings were holding up! I asked if they saw any cracks or any reason to replace and was told, "No, we only replace when we see a need." What a change... never going back to College Dental. They are a rip-off.
