I own a 2006 Dodge Caliber and hit a pot hole and being a single woman and new to area thought word of mouth would save me.But what a shock I got when I went to and by the way wasted my lunch hour to Conrad's and also NTB in lakewood ,I was shocked and confused by the way I had been treated at both of these so called professional auto repair facilities. I had learned I needed both lower control arms,struts front and rear,a rear wheel something a factory scheduled maintenance with tune up and flushes something called links and had a cracked windshiled that I knew of.It seemed to me the Manager a one location wanted a date and at the other said I should look into buying a new car do to the fact repairs would cost in excess of $3500.
