Review content:
This facility is the one of the best kept secrets in Holand. The facility is clean, the instructors are approachable, first rate instruction, and the other students are nice. Everybody tries to help everybody out. There is a newsletter that goes out that is helpful, as well as emails to keep one in the loop. There are various times to come in and the facility caters to all age groups and the challenges of time. It is well organized and it is geared to all individuals of all different fitness levels.
