I had went to Dr. Bentley's office from the time when I was four until right around my 21st birthday. I had been very happy with his practice and he was just begining to build a new practice and upgrade many thing in his office as well as adding a new doctor. I had my first cavity and only cavity at that time. I was told I would need a small filling in my first molar on the right side of my mouth. The assistant who worked on me seemed very uncertain of what she was doing and it was quite a painful experience. Once I got home and the numbness wore off I realized how much pain I truly was in. This continued through the night and into the next Saturday morning. I tried many times to contact someone at the office to help me with my situation but noone could be reached. I also used the emergency pagers of both doctors and no return calls were made to me. I had to suffer through the whole weekend to then find out Monday that the filling had not completely filled the hole the assista
