I had a sewage backup occur at my home while out of town guests were staying with me recently. What a disaster! I called Terry's Plumbing and was immediately greeted on the phone by a young lady who was polite and professional. More importantly, she understood the urgency of my situation and assured me she would have someone out to my home within two hours. An hour and a half later, the plumber arrived, and within 30 minutes, he had my sewer cleared, and provided me with several excellent tips to keep it that way. Due to the obvious urgency of the situation, I was expecting to be gouged. Not so!!!!!! Terry's Plumbing was surprisingly reasonable! I was completely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended by everyone at Terry's from the time of my initial contact until my sewer was flowing freely again. Hats off to ALL at Terry's Plumbing - my NOW OFFICIAL PLUMBER!
