There is really only one reason i take my pets here and that is because of Dr. Deason. She has got to be the kindest most gentle person i have ever met. I absolutely adore her and if i don't have an emergency on my hands then i wait until she is in the office and schedule to see her specifically. The bad part is that she only works on Tuesdays. There is no doubt this placed is overpriced. I have almost choked on a number of bills I have received here. i actually left and took my pets elsewhere for about 5 years before returning to Eastlake. It was just so close to my home and i missed dealing with Dr Deason. I do close my eyes and hold my breath though when they put that bill in front of me. I hardly every get out of there for under $300 or $400. I have even noticed that the front office staff are even a little nervous about giving the amount due.
