I need a truck for the day. I looked at UHaual and then looked at Penske to see which would be cheapest. I ended up calling Penske since the reservation was on such short notice. Alex the manager answered. I spoke to him about the rental and then told him I would call back. He asked me if someone had lower rates so I told him about UHaul's rates. He said I will match their rates. Our trucks are new and I rather have my trucks out on the road then sitting here. One of my major complaints with Uhaul is the old trucks they always give me. I thought this was an excellent business technique for him to use. I ended up renting the truck from Poenske, but when i returned it, there was a problem. Alex handled it in the most efficient and clam manner. He provided excellent customer service. I felt like the customer was their number one priority and that is why I will return to Penske.
