Do NOT bring your bike here for service! I brought my V-Rod here for service after the rear cylinder had stopped firing. After a week I was told the bike was fixed and ready to go. I was told that an after market power commander I had in place had failed. I expressed my concern to them that the power commander was not the problem as I had tested it prior to bringing the bike in and it had been working properly. None the less I was assured that it was the problem and the bike was ready to go.\r
I show up at the dealership and am given a bill for $750 which I go pay while they roll my bike out. I return to the service department to hear a bike in the back attempting to start. After 20 minutes or so I am told that my bike isn't fixed after all and will have to stay over night but they will have a mechanic on it first thing in the morning.\r
This begins 2 weeks of no communication from the dealership. I receive no calls at all and every time I call them I am told "we got busy today and didn'
