We just finished our lease with Huber Property Management in Auburn, CA, and we we had an outstanding experience with them . They were meticulous, organized, and direct. Although there were a few fees that we didn't like ($90/pet "administrative" fee, $40/month sewer fee), these were not surprises, so we had the option beforehand. During the lease, they did not once bother us. We paid our rent on time and they left us in peace. The check-out process was very stringent: they have a very long list of expectations. However, we followed the list and we received our entire deposit back. They even let us stay one extra night and only charged 1/30th of our regular rent. Very fair. Most of our interactions were with Laura- she is very kind, helpful, and extremely friendly. Jan did our walk-through and was extremely fair with the two items that needed extra work- she gave us the option to check out the keys and correct them at no extra cost.
