I just wanted to take a moment to note just how wonderful Honke Heating is as
I feel it is important to recognize exceptional service.
My heater had been very intermittent in working so Pat sent Brendan out right away to trouble-shoot the problem. It was decided what parts would need to be changed and that they would need to be ordered. Pat expedited the order and as soon as they arrived Brendan was at the door to make the repair. Since one of the parts was astronomical in cost, Brendan thoroughly went through the system to insure that part was absolutely necessary and that no parts were replaced unless truely needed. It was found that the expensive part was needed to make the repair but it had to be done. I am just happy that the system is fixed as the east winds were just starting to kick up. Honke Heating's timing couldn't have been more perfect. I am so grateful that they were there for me. This is another perfect example of a local company that is sensitive to the community.
