Our cats treated there, all have health issues. One cat ill with fatty liver disease, we were being advised on how to take care of her at home. I requested medicine from the vet, at least 3 times, I was always put off. My cat became swollen (liver) and I rushed her to ER. She died. Since then I've called this pet hospital at least 3 times to let them know she died, hoping the vet would return my calls. It's been almost one month and the vet has not called. This vet was particularly sincere, caring and concerned. She turned out to be a fake and a coward! By not returning my calls she basically abandoned our other cats, because how could we ever go back to this vet and trust her. In addition, the medicine she gave us (Lactulose) was cloudy and possibly old and expired. This in addition to the medicine she wouldn't give us for our cat, we think contributed to our cat's death.
