I want to make clear that the two stars is only because the service tech was professional, courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my furnace in one hour. But when I first called to set up the appt., I asked what the service charge was and I was told $90, I incorrectly assumed that, as I had experienced in the past with other service pros, that if work needed done, the cost of the the service call would be considered in payment due. Not so. It was $90 to step into my home. I was still charged for one hour of labor that it took to diagnose and fix. Next time, I will ask more questions.
