As a customer of many years, I have ended my relationship with Westerville Automotive. They have always been friendly and accommodating in the past. But a recent dispute over a coupon of all things led to rude treatment of me and indicates a complete lack of appreciation for my business, as well as the business of my friends and family members to whom I've recommended Westerville Automotive over the years. There are plenty of other auto repair shops around and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
