I've brought my 2005 Audi A4 and 1997 Honda Civic in for service. Matthew was friendly, competent, honest, quick, and clearly communicated what service was required at which mileage intervals. I gave him leeway to perform whatever services were needed on both cars, and was pleasantly surprised that minimal action was required, meaning I spent far less money than I had been bracing for. His follow up thank you notes are a nice, professional touch
