Review content:
There are 29 registered complaints with the Better Business Bureau against George Brazil. We should have looked there first! We had a large leak on a Sunday morning. They advertise no overtime or weekend rates. We called them, "no problem, we can get to you today, we just have one water heater to install and we will be right there". At 3:00pm we received a phone call. Two "members called" ("members" who he claimed pay his yearly fee and thus have priority, but this possibliity was never mentioned in our initial conversation with him) and they would not get to us until the next day, Monday. I don't think he was ever going to "get to us" on Sunday, I believe the plan was always to push us to Monday. We were left with a large leak and no plumber after waiting all day for him. Unless you enjoy doing business with unreliable plumbers, don't use GEORGE BRAZIL
