I'm writing to commend the service tech, Shawn, you sent out to my home. I've had service employees from various companies come to the house and did what they had to do and leave. But every once in a while one will do what they come to do, then take the time to be even more helpful. Shawn was one of those who you knew he liked the work he did and cared about his customer. He was cheerful, efficient and answered the questions I bothered him with. He was patient with me. Above all, he did the unexpected, something that doesn't happen much anymore, for whatever reason. Shawn answered my questions and then gave me valuable suggestions on how to improve the quality of the quality of the airing my house which is much appreciated because it will improve my health. The point being, he didn't have to, for he answered my questions, but he even seemed eager to be even more helpful than required.
