This place was awful, they told me I had anti-freeze in my oil and once it got cold they said my block broke which is like thousands of dollars to fix. You have to buy a new engine. So I sat in Michigan for 7 weeks not knowing what to do. I finally decided to have my car shipped back to Florida where my parents lived. It wasn't even there a week and our mechanic diagnosed it saying that the coil pack needed to be replaced. It was a $500 repair. I felt as though the people at WOODS wanted to take advantage of me because I am a young women and obviously didn't know anything about cars. Either that or they just didn't know what they were doing. They were very insensitive and acted like spending $4,000 was no big deal to fix my car. My Dad called them back, and they were incredibly rude to him and said I was the one that must have dumped anti-freeze in the car?! I may be a 23 year old girl but I am not an idiot thank you. They denied even telling me all this. Too bad I have the receipt to
