Review content:
I spent $480 to have one rear door repainted and to have a dent fixed. I was promised that the paint would match exactly. It doesn't. The car is two-tone, and the top color is too light. The bottom color which was only "touched up" was touched up with silver instead of beige. It looks worse than before. Also, they spilled a silver paint patch onto the blue, left a silver thumbprint on the blue, and didn't sand the touched up paint. The former dent looked pretty good, though not perfect as promised. Matching paint was also promised, and they didn't deliver. When I pointed these things out, the rep became hostile with me, saying I shouldn't expect any better, then said I could bring it back to be redone. But then he refused to take any money off the estimate at all, even though it wasn't done right and now I have to bring it back and leave it for ANOTHER 3 or 4 days.
PROS: Charming service at estimate time, body work (not painting) ok.
CONS: Shoddy workmanship, unfair treatment.
