I discovered Colonial Animal Hospital in 2009, and received great services, including a referral for dog boarding that was half the cost of other competitors. \r \r My German Sheppard had been misdiagnosed by a vet in Mclean for a rash that he had, which cost over $400 in prescriptions. Dr. Rod provided an accurate analysis and advised that Zachariah has an allergic reaction. \r \r We were referred by Dr. Rod to a dog boarding facility out in the "country" where they allow the dogs to run free on several acres of farmland and to play with other dogs. When I picked Zach up after two weeks from going on vacation, I realized he didn't suffer one bit--he was on his own vacation! Simply drop off your dog at Colonial, and they make arrangements for the doggie transport. Simple and convenient. \r \r Another good thing about Colonial is they are open to any criticism a client may have, such as a tired front desk person.
