Review content:
We had taken our two cats exclusively to Northside, one for 19 years, the other for 11 (all their lives). We took them for their shots, as well as the few times the cats were ill. We were pleased with our interactions with the staff during that time, especially when they took time with us upon the deaths of our cats. After Dr. Higgins left, however, we rarely saw the same vet or technician twice. This wasn't an issue for us, as the cats were getting good care.\r

However. When we applied for adoption with a rescue agency 2 years after the older cat died, and 6 years after the younger, this agency (I have checks listed as paid to them for years, and that does not count the times my husband, who preferred to pay in cash, took the cats to the vet) told the adoption agency that we had only brought our cats in "a handful of times" . We must have had another veterinarian, because we weren't bringing them to Northside. Obviously, we were turned down for the adoption because we did not
