Review content:
Michael's shop is one of the cleanest and most respectful shop I have been to. They treat you with courtesy from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment you leave with keys in hand knowing your car has been fixed properly. While waiting in the waiting area, not only do they have plenty of reading material but I was offered a variety of beverages while waiting. I had brought my laptop with me and was offered to use the conference room to do any work I needed. Its almost like being pampered when it is least expected. As their slogan says, "Committed to Quality...Committed to Excellence." THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST :)
