Our one and only experience with Country Acres kennel.\r We got Jojo from a rescue shelter 6 years ago. He had been found in a junk yard with his left eye mangled. His eye was removed and the lid sewed shut. When i saw him, he was shivering, scared and trying to be brave. I took him and he was the sweetest dog, he just wanted to be close to you. Just with his look you knew he loved you. Two years ago, he got very sick and almost died and was diagnosed with Addison's disease. To live he would have to take a steriod shot every month and Prednisone if needed, he has done well since. \r \r Needing a kennel for my two Chihuahuas, i searched the yellow pages and internet for locations. I visited a number of kennels and thought the La Pitite Class for puppies under 20 pounds sounded like a good program. More freedom and social interaction with other dogs.
