Review content:
I will never go to another VCA, especially Miller Robertson. The staff is completely useless, untrained, and incredibly unprofessional. They hire people who talk about their PERSONAL problems in a graphic nature in the middle of the reception area! These people are disgusting. They talk about sex, drugs, and I don't even want to get into the rest, but they are gross and I don't want them near my pets.\r
\r
I've worked in the vet field as a technician for over 10 years. I know a good place when I see one. The Dr's there seem nice and knowledgeable, but they seem to work up their cases unnecessarily. I mean c'mon, $300 dollars to neuter a cat? the procedure take about 5 - 10 minutes, start to finish. Seriously. Then they want to charge you $100 dollars for IV fluids that the cat will not get because the procedure takes only 5 minutes!\r
\r
They make it seem as if the animal is going to be on IV fluids all day, when they are just on them (and it's a re-used IV bag and line folks!)
