I visited this animal hospital after it was recommended by a friend of mine. When I arrived, the male receptionist was extremely friendly and welcomed me. I filled out my paper work and was brought to the back where my cat was examined. The vet was professional and everything seemed to be going good. Then the vet mentioned I should purchase a package deal which includes shots, vaccines, etc. for the animal. I wasn't sure, as it was almost a couple hundred dollars, so I told him I would think about it. He said, "Okay" and I was on my way.\r

In walks in the receptionist who should have chosen another profession. As I stood there to pay she said to me, "Are you going to purchase the package deal or pay individually for each service?" I asked how much it would cost for the single visit vs. buying the entire package. She would not tell me and said I had a few minutes to decide. I felt like I was buying a used car.
