would like to say i had a good experience but i have a call in to them right now, and when they answered they asked if i could hold for a minute. It has now been over 8 minutes, and i am still on hold. How can you know anything if they have you on ignore? i guess they do not care to have my business. i have four cats and two dogs needing shots and nuetered, now 12 minutes i am hanging up trying somewhere else.
