Dear Rich,\r \r I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your crew for doing such a wonderful job on our home. The windows you installed in May, 2007 have made our home look more attractive and have saved us more than we expected on cooling and heating costs. The crew was here on time and completed the job as scheduled. They even let our 3 year old safely "help" with all of their work.\r \r While we joked that, with the new windows, we would be able to heat the house with a candle, we have seen significant savings on our heating and cooling costs. We have a 2,000 square foot all electric house and, after the new windows, had one month where our power bill was $61!\r \r In reviewing our electricity usage online, we have already seen a 16% reduction in kilowatt hours used. I have included a copy of our power bill from Duke Energy, just in case anyone doubted our savings.\r \r Thanks again for doing such great work.\r \r Sincerely,\r \r Brett and Betsy Moyer
