Review content:
Initially, they came to our house and cleaned the carpets. The guys that cleaned were very nice. One day later we noticed a dirt streak in the middle of the floor, wasn't there prior to them coming out , almost like the edge of their vacuum made it when they were cleaning. We called and they scheduled to come out and look at it. They now have rescheduled it 3 times and the 3rd time they didn't even call us, we called them finding out when they were coming that day. We keep getting the excuse that they "won't be in the area", although they're the ones that looked at their schedule and told us that they would be. Still not resolved and will not hire them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
