I had the Pace Center call to make an appt. for my Mother. They were told that they could not because a balance of 29.16 was due. So I called and paid it on the phone with credit card. Was then told to call back in morning for an appt. I don't see the logic. Wasn't going to get an appt that day. Why not schedule? Was told is I would have paid the bill would not have been a problem. OK I ask why an attitude she said because I had one. I said well I may need to go somewhere else. She said find she will let the girls know not to schedule an appt for my mom. Is it all about the money? ($29.16) Is it not about the patient at all. At least schedule the appt and if it doesn't clear then cancel it. That makes sense to me.And to tell what my mother owe to someone who has nothing to do with it is another thing. I tell you these Doctors better know who is running there office.
