I was rear-ended about a year ago and took my car to the Lou Bachrodt collision center for a repair of my rear bumper. It was quite pricy for such a small fix, and the quality of the paint job I received wasn't on-par with the original. They also made an estimate for another collision I had about six months ago, and it was close to double the price I got from two other companies. \r

Never been in contact with their sales department, so I have no comment to make there.
