One thing that never fails to amaze me is how much of a masochist I am. I came to the service department of Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet on the suggestion of a friend. I guess he must have some special way with people to get his car worked on in a timely fashion.\r

The last time I took my car in it was to change oil, transmission and differential fluid (manual rwd car). I got the car back and everything was good, until a week later a burning smell became overpowering. I took the car back to have them check it out, and fluid was all over the differential. They told me it was a seal leaking and to repair it they'd need to take apart the differential and re-seal it, which is a very costly job. I didn't have the money so I figured i'd wait until I did. Later when I got under the car and inspected it myself I found out the filler bolt for the diff was loose - so loose I could unscrew it with my finger.
