Review content:
Today I stopped by there hoping to find a local facility to take care of my pets? basic veterinary needs. I spoke with a Dr. Mellinger, and told him that I was looking for a reliable, caring facility for my pets. He asked me if I were just riding around looking for one. I told him that I was not. When I asked him about basic services there, he stated that there were no guarantees in his profession or with his services performed there. \r

I found him to be rude, unprofessional, and uncaring when it comes to meeting the simple needs of animals. When I determined that his facility was not one that I wanted to engage, I left. He followed me to my car, demanded to know who I was, and continued to verbally abuse me. He stated that he had thirty-five years in the business. (After being in the business this long, perhaps he doesn?t need any new clients. If that were the case, I would have preferred him telling me so.)
