I lived in this apartment for two years, and I could have never imagined all of the issues I ran into with the staff at this apartment, not to mention the awful facilities and numerous maintenance calls. When I first moved into this apartment, I loved where I lived. I loved the location, and the condition of the two bedroom unit. However, things turned for the worst, FAST. When I turned in the keys on move out day, I requested to speak with the Property Manager to make sure she had my forwarding address on file, and my phone number, in case there were any charges outside of my deposit. After having her physically pull my file to show me where my new address and phone number was stored and confirmed, I left feeling confident all of my things were in order. So, you can imagine my surprise when I get a call from collections, when I have not seen anything, nor heard a word from the complex since moving out.
