I'm a "Texas Native" who has grown up going to Naeglin's so you'd think I would defend them. However, after they completely ruined my best friend's son's first birthday cake with such distaste, I will go to any length to spread word of my disgust with them. \r
First birthdays are special, with special memories, decorations and pictures that the cake is apart of and my friend had well in advance called in her order with specific instructions on style and decoration. They did the complete opposite. When she made the 30 minute one way drive to see this, the owner (over phone,) told the staff, who admitted that it wasn't salvageable that my friend could come back on Monday and receive her full refund. And to take the cake, seeing how she was jipped out of one, plus they could do nothing with it. She didn't WANT the $, she just wanted it fixed and they said that just wasn't an option!! \r
I SAW the picture & description of what she wanted and in DETAIL asked for and was GUARANTEED for her son
