Review content:
I found my dog, Max, in 1996 and I've been taking him to see Dr. Eisenkraft ever since. Dr. Eisenkraft seems knowledgeable but he is not good at returning your calls as well as spending time with you to go over things with you. At times I find him to be abrupt and on the expensive side. If you need to contact your vet after office hours (some days they close around 3 and I work in the Manhattan and do not get home till after 6:30 pm.) you are just out of luck - they do not even have an answering machine for you to leave a message with (which is a moot issue since he doesn't call you back). It is a small practice - 1-2 doctors and his staff - Dr. Eisenkraft should take the time to call people back and if he is backed up with surgeries, etc., then he should take the the files home and call after office hours. I don't drive so I do not have the option of going somewhere else. Max is very old now and I try to do my own research on the net so at least I can try to stay on top of things.
